School Restraint and Seclusion Project
The Minnesota Disability Law Center is gathering information on the use of restraint and seclusion in Minnesota Public Schools and in other facilities. If your child has been restrained or secluded (placed in a room by him or her self) during school, we are interested in your experience. We have set up a short online survey to gather information on the extent of this problem.
The survey will take about 10-15 minutes and we will keep your name, your child’s name and any contact information confidential. You also have the option of not providing any contact information. To take the survey click here.
If you choose to participate we will provide a copy of the survey results and summary. The results and summary will not include information about any individual child or parent.
