Comments on the Developmental Disabilities Act of 2000

MDLC has reviewed the federal Administration for Children and Families’ proposed rules to implement the DD Act of 2000. This comment letter identified a number of concerns regarding the proposed rules. The P and A umbrella organization, the National Disability Rights Network (NDRN) also submitted extensive comments that MDLC adopted.
