As part of Legal Aid, East Central Legal Services provides legal advice and representation to thousands of low-income and senior residents in Chisago and Isanti counties, as well as senior clients in Anoka, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs and Pine counties. East Central Legal Services include units for Basic Needs Law, the Senior Law Project, and Mille Lacs Band Project.
